Word is the city may take down the big oak near the Higgins bridge on the river side. I grew up under it. Photo the whole tree from the public path, plus a closer shot of the trunk, handwritten FQ-CLARK-31 in the wide shot. I need to see if the crown is actually failing or if that was just a rumor.
